We would like to invite you to a
beautiful journey on the Big Island of Hawaii! Meet wild Dolphins, dance in
the enchanting nature of this extraordinary place and benefit of different
possibilities for bodywork. This is an invitation to be more in contact with
who we truly are. Every morning we`ll swim togehter in the ocean, weŽll snorkel
and meet the dolphins (usually every 3 days). WeŽll dance in the water with
them, let us be touched by their beautiful presence and fell the happiness
they emmit. In the afternoon, we would like to come together to enjoy different
techniquesof massage, qi gong or deap breath work.
This will lead us to a more concious contact with our bodies. Everyday we
offer you a (guided) meditation to harmonize ourselves and dive in the state
of peace inside. On 3 days there will be the possibility to dance in nature.WeŽll
explore and play with our bodies, breath and voices.This will take place on
great places like on the beach, nearby the rocks or even on the volcano itself.
WeŽll allow the power places of Big Island to call us and will meet the fire
goddess Pele on her Volcano Kilauea. On a tour over lava rocks weŽll reach
the place where earth is born when the lava flows in the ocean and the four
elements meet together. Some other spots with a high energy field will help
us to enjoy ourselves like the hot tubs, naturally pools of hot water. Thus
weŽll get to feel the transforming beauty of Hawaii.
YouŽll be guided by three experienced instructors who will support you in
your own process of awareness about our connection to nature and the oneness
with all there is. The impression of our time in Hawaii will be the Aloha
Spirit and the spontaneity and playful briskness of the dolphins!
Dolphins....,
I feel their soft eyes touching me, caressing me with their love and a wave
of joy takes me with it...in a space without fear. Playful as if thereŽs no
effort needed I swim in the ocean. Following the gliding movements of the
dolphins, it seems that my body leads me easily. IŽm out of time and space
and let it all out what wants to express itself, laughter, crying, amazement,
playfulness, never ending joy of being in motion...and I truly am. We dance
together, men and dolphin, the dance of freedom...One hour, one day, how long
already? How long will it be? Forever..........

Jhg 1964 My work as a facilitator and teacher since 1991 has always been in
a transmuting process. I love to share my transformations, processes and interest
with others. The focus in my bodywork and spiritual work is Shiatsu, Contactimprovisation,
high frequency healing work (EMF)and the process of awareness through ADVAITA.
I studied Art and New Dance and am certified Shiatsu-Practitioner (GSD) and
EMF Praktitioner. this is touched by my experiences with Contact&Water, Action
theater, Aikido, Capoeira, Eskrima last but not least by the 3 years education
for Biodanza. IŽm one of the founders and organizer of the international Contact
Festival, Freiburg and the dance- room THE MOVE. Since 2000 IŽm organising
Dance- and Dolphin- Journeys. Till now to Gomera and to the Sinai.

Jhg. 1963 What my heart wants to share is how we can intesify the contact
to ourselves through bodywork and movement. During my 11 years experience
in medical centers as Movement and Dance Therapist I used different therapy
methods to create my own integrative access. Since 20 years I facilitate goups
and since 10 years IŽm working in the section of occupational development.
At the moment I let myself guide by my daughter Samira ( born in 2004). Everyday
she is showing me the miracles of life.
