The
class,
contents both technic and improvisation. The theme is the dialog
between Contact as a danceform and the personality of the dancer.
I`m interested in the human, personal shade; the boundaries; the
Yes and the No for meeting; paying attention and respecting, the
perceived boundaries and also playing with them.
Experience
in Contact is desired but not demandatory. If you have no experience
please contact me before registration.

Accommodation:
The accommodation will be in two bed rooms in a small, simple, but
airconditioned hotel directly on the beach. All the rooms are sea
view, have sattelite T.V and international phones as well as private
bathroom. There is a limited amount of single rooms for additional
fee. The hotel is located 10 minutes car drive from the dolphin
bay.
Meals:
The boarding can be arranged as a group, jet it is not included
in the cost. The meals for the first 3 days are already ordered
in the hotel (twice a day). Afterwards we are free to choose individually
and make new arrangements (e.g. with the Bedouins at the beach or
in the hotel, for about 5 Euro per meal).

Excursions:
Besides just enjoying your being there, there are lots of things
to do: swimming, hanging out with the Bedouins in their camp, dancing
at the beach, spending more time with the dolphins, lying in the
sun, snorkeling and diving at the coral riffs, trips in surrounding
area: camel tour, desert tour ( we plan to spent one night together
under the open sky in the desert), daytrip to the "Colored Canyon"
and the oasis "Ain Hudra", jeep safari, horseback riding, tour to
the monestary "St. Catherine" and mount "Moses", visiting the basar
in Tarabin ....

Books:
Highly recommended is the book "Journey to the center of creation"
(German:Weisheit der Delphine) by Ilona Selke. If you read this
book before the trip, you can really broaden your potential to experience
the capability of the dolphins. It talks about their various worlds
and their communication skills.
Another good book, original printed in french, is "Oline, le dauphin
du miracle" (Das laecheln des Delphins) by Pascale Noa Bercovitch.
It takes place at the beguine village where we will go and tells
the story of the dolphin "Oline" , who established contact with
humans in that bay.
Dolphins:
Dolphins are wild and independent animals. There is no garanty for
them to be there, while we are there.
